At Sovereign, we are committed to providing you with the highest standard of smart mobility. We stand behind the engineering of our products and offer a tiered warranty system to ensure your long-term peace of mind.

1. Warranty Periods

From the date of delivery, Sovereign provides the following coverage:

  • Main Unit & Core Components: 1-Year Limited Warranty (Includes: Brushless drive motor, aerospace-grade aluminum frame, smart control handle, transmission mechanism, and the main control PCB.)

  • Power Battery System: 6-Month Limited Warranty (Includes: The lithium-ion battery pack and the Battery Management System (BMS). Note: Natural degradation of battery capacity over time is not covered.)

2. What is Covered

This warranty covers functional failures caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship within the specified periods. Depending on the diagnosis, Sovereign will provide free repairs, replacement parts, or a full unit replacement if deemed necessary by our technical team.

3. Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

To ensure fair service, the following conditions are excluded from free warranty coverage (though paid repair services may be available):

  • Cosmetic Wear & Tear: Surface scratches, scuffs, dirt, fabric tears, or normal tread wear on the wheels from regular use.

  • Airline & Third-Party Damage: Physical damage caused by airport baggage handling, such as crushed shells, broken handles, or snapped locks. [Recommendation: Such damage should be reported immediately to the airline before leaving the airport for a claim.]

  • Improper Use: Exceeding the rated weight capacity, riding through deep water or mud, or storing the battery in extreme heat or freezing temperatures.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempt to disassemble the motor, replace the battery, or alter the internal circuitry without Sovereign’s written authorization.

  • External Factors: Accidents, traffic collisions, high-altitude drops, or exposure to highly corrosive liquids.

4. Warranty Claim Process

If your product experiences a failure, please follow these steps to initiate your support:

  1. Submit a Claim: Email marketing@klytana.com with your Order Number and the subject line “Warranty Claim.”

  2. Provide Evidence: Attach clear high-resolution videos or photos that demonstrate the specific functional issue.

  3. Technical Assessment: Our engineers will perform a remote diagnosis and provide a solution within 48 business hours.

  4. Resolution: * Simple Repairs: We will ship the necessary replacement parts free of charge along with a professional video guide for installation.

    • Complex Repairs: For core motor or circuit failures, we will guide you on how to ship the unit to a designated service center for expert repair.

5. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Sovereign is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to travel delays, missed flights, or lost wages resulting from a product failure.
