Processing Time Each Sovereign suitcase undergoes a final precision quality check before dispatch. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Please note that during high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer as we ensure every motor and battery meets our rigorous standards.
Shipping & Delivery Once your order has cleared our quality control and is handed to our premium couriers, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your dedicated tracking information. Delivery timelines vary depending on your international location, but we prioritize the fastest available routes for our global clientele.
Order Tracking You can monitor your Sovereign’s journey in real-time using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. For high-value security, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your investment reaches you safely.

Return & Refund Policy
Your absolute satisfaction is our primary mandate. We understand that investing in premium mobility is a significant decision. If you feel your Sovereign purchase does not align with your travel needs, please review our specialized return policy below.
Return Conditions
Notification Period: To maintain the integrity of our inventory, you must notify us of your intent to return the item within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Return Window: The item must be returned and received by our warehouse within 12 days of the original delivery date.
Pristine Condition: Given the high-performance nature of our products, all returns must be in their original, unused condition. This means the wheels must show no signs of outdoor use, the motor must not have been engaged beyond a home test, and all protective films, tags, and luxury packaging must be intact.
The Return Process
Initiate Contact: Email marketing@klytana.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Professional Review: Our team will review your request. Upon approval, we will provide a designated return address and specific instructions for handling the lithium-ion battery components during transit. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Secure Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. Because of the value of the Sovereign luggage, we strictly require using a trackable shipping service and purchasing full shipping insurance. Sovereign is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the luggage to confirm it meets our “unused” criteria. Once approved, your refund (minus any non-refundable original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Warranty Coverage Our warranty is designed to protect your investment against manufacturing defects related to our smart technology, including:
Motor Functionality: Sudden mechanical failure of the electric drive system.
Battery Performance: Issues with power retention or charging (excluding normal cycle depletion).
Structural Integrity: Failure of the aerospace-grade frame or telescopic handle.
Wheel & Clasp Durability: Manufacturing defects in the high-load bearing components.
If you encounter a technical issue within 30 days of receipt, contact our support team immediately. We will diagnose the issue and provide a premium solution, ranging from specialized repair guidance to a full replacement of the unit.
Exclusions from Warranty To ensure fair usage, this warranty does not cover:
Surface Scratches & Cosmetics: Wear and tear from airport baggage handling, including scuffs on the shell or wheels.
Misuse & Accidents: Damage caused by exceeding the maximum weight capacity, exposure to extreme liquids/chemicals, or collisions.
Unauthorized Tech Alterations: Any attempt to open the motor housing or modify the battery system by unauthorized parties.
Airliner Negligence: Damage caused by airline mishandling (we recommend filing a claim with the airline in such cases).
